Overview

Annabell's Noller Place Fraser Island - A spacious well appointed house with ocean views for an enjoyable holiday on Fraser Island. 5 bedrooms on 2 levels with 3 bathrooms including 1 ensuite, 2 kitchens.

Sleeps up to 16 people and is ideal for 2 or 3 family groups or large fishing group. For smaller groups up to 10, the top level can be booked with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including ensuite. (Note: Ground floor is not rented separately).

Living areas are spacious and the kitchens fully equipped with gas stoves, mircowaves, large fridge/freezers and full range of cooking and eating utensils.

A 2 vehicle carport ideal for unpacking your car in the shade or out of the rain. There is a BBQ on each level.

Satellite TVs, DVDs and phone for local and incoming calls. Guests must bring own linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels).

Blankets and doonas are supplied.

No.3 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Separate bathroom/toilet.

Kitchen - fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, pantry.

Open living/dining area with bar, satellite TV & DVD & CD player.

Power is supplied by state of art solar system with generator backup.

Guests are requested not to bring any appliances with heating elements including hair dryers.

BBQ on large covered deck with outdoor furniture and ocean views.
